Pickup Service

Artisticspecials provides pickup service for all rental items. We will collect items from your location at the agreed-upon time. Please ensure items are ready for pickup and accessible to our team.

Item Condition

Rental items should be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Items should be clean and free of excessive damage. Any significant damage or loss will be assessed and may result in charges.

Late Returns

If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. Late returns without prior arrangement may incur additional fees. We appreciate your cooperation in returning items on time.

Damage Assessment

Upon pickup, our team will inspect all items for damage or loss. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be documented, and repair or replacement costs will be communicated to you.

Refunds

Refunds for early returns are not available unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Security deposits will be returned after items are inspected and found to be in acceptable condition.
