Artisticspecials provides holiday decor and furniture rental services. All rental items remain the property of Artisticspecials. Renters are responsible for the care and return of items in their original condition.
Rental periods are specified at the time of booking. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified. A security deposit may be required for certain items.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Renters are responsible for any damage to or loss of rental items during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter. Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable.
Artisticspecials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental services. Our total liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
